Demonstration area updates
New and upgraded demonstrations in 2019
- Bowling Ball Pendulum: A new system for hooking the rope to the ceiling was developed by the shop. A new hook design and pole allows for easy setup and removal of the pendulum. A hook in the ceiling in 377 CB had been availiable and a hook had been added to the ceiling in C215 ESC. A hook for 206 MARB is in the works.
- Whiteboard Circuits: A set of circuit components that attach to a whiteboard or blackboard with magnets. A circuit diagram is drawn on the board and then the components are added forming the physical circuit represented in the diagram.
